How long does it take to receive an order?

We aim to ship stock orders within 24-48 hours, but will always ship everything as quickly as possible.

Our retro range has got an extended leadtime of around 28 days and please allow approximately 14 days for us to ship our concept kits.

After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our website. You can also find a "My Account" link in the footer on mobile. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you. 

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 28 days. You can only return items which are in original condition with labels intact.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

The majority of our orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

If we have any delay in shipping your order, we will notify you of the estimated shipment date and you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order.

However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Yes we do. We work with a variety of couriers to send packages all over the world.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched UK orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days,

International orders are variable and can take up to 21 days from dispatch excl any customs delays. Please refer to your tracking.
